Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.

  • The website platform is not able to accept two discount coupons for one order at the same time, Therefore, if you are using a discount coupon for your order and total price goes under the Free Shipping Threshold amount of the zone, you won't be eligible for Free shipment.
  • Signature on delivery applies to most Express Parcels & all orders over $200 AUD
  • If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Sophia Beauty Co is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Sophia Beauty Co will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Inventory changes rapidly, therefore not every colour/size combination listed is in stock. If the dress is available to ship immediately your order will be processed automatically. If the dress is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of your options.
